*** Due to the nature of this product, shipping in high heat may alter the texture. If your product arrives melted, simply place in refrigerator to make solid again. The whipped texture is created by whipping airspace into the product. You may choose to remove product from the jar once hardened, and whip with a hand mixer. Or you may use the product as-is without whip (all the same skin benefits!) You may notice additional head space in the product and it may not appear 'full' as the whipped air is now removed. Rest assured, when whipped, we fill to the tippy top! We are happy to offer 'signature required' shipping to help protect your product from sitting in a hot mailbox, and increasing your changes of it remaining cool during shipping.
