Imagine a space were you could come to fill your cup, both heart and mind. An intentional space created to deeply connect with other kind and capable woman, while learning important skills to improve your families health and take further steps in managing the quality, and quantity, of your family food supply.

Meet the Wild & Wise Collective. 

We gather monthly to build community, share a meal, and learn valuable homesteading skills such as gardening, preserving food, raising livestock, and other self-sufficiency practices. Our mission is to empower women to develop practical skills for sustainable and healthy living, while fostering fellowship and personal growth. The workshops will provide a space where women can connect, learn, and inspire each other to embrace more sustainable, self-reliant lifestyles.

Who is invited? Woman of all ages, those who are interested in health, growth, connection, expansion, homesteading, community, and sustainability. Both beginners and experienced homesteaders will find value here as we all come together and learn together. You might teach us something, too! Our experience, and therefore context, will be based on small scale applications for your personal home.

What will a monthly meeting look like? Join your new community once a month, on prescheduled dates (see calendar), for dinner, education, and an applicable take home to get your started with your new skill. Our dinner will be planned with a focus on local food sourcing, When you arrive, the bulk of a beautiful and healthy meal will be prepared in advance, while we will work together to put the final touches on our dinner. Hands on work together is one of the best ways to grow together and share a few kitchen techniques. After eating, we will present on our monthly topic. Every month will include recipes and instructions to support your new skill, hands on demonstrations, and take home resources ($20-$30 value). We want to fill both your brain and your heart, and hope you walk away empowered, inspired, and encouraged to take these next steps.

We also have created space for you to join us in our online community, sharing in our triumphs and failures as we test our new skills. This will keep us connected and supported from afar until we meet again.

Each monthly event will focus on a specific homesteading skill, such as gardening (planning, planting, and harvesting), preserving food (canning, fermenting, etc.), raising small livestock (chickens, goats, etc.), soap making and other body care, candle making, wild herb identification and crafting herbal remedies,  sourdough bread, cheese, and ice cream making, flower growing and arranging, fiber art crafting and spinning. Classes will be lead by our leadership and may feature guest speakers.

Our Wild & Wise Collective aims to fill a missing need for community, connection, and sustainability education among women. This is your personal invitation to join us in a space where women can come together to learn fill their self care cups learning practical skills while fostering a sense of fellowship. You will leave empowered as belonging to a strong, connected community. 

Our meeting dates are scheduled for once a month on Saturdays beginning at 4:30 and lasting 3-4 hours. They will be held in a private home in Elk WA. Each class will include a superb meal and drink focused on local sourcing and health minded menu (value $75), instructions each month outlined below (value $50+), and a take home gift (value $25+) to assist your new skill. Total monthly investment, $150. Pay for the year upfront and save. Great scheduled monthly date to gift yourself self care, or schedule with a family member or friend to strengthen a bond.
